The Elaine takes the shape of a utility jacket, with a stand collar, two flap pockets on the chest, tabs on the shoulders and a drawcord running through the waist. A zip closes behind press studs and the cuffs fasten with a small tab. Pull the cord and it gathers at the middle; leave it and the shape hangs straight. It ends at the hip. Four shades, and the soft ones take the hard edge off a shape that is normally quite military.
